Our Production Process

The processing department is an indispensable part of the production and manufacturing process of G-Press equipment, and every step they operate plays a crucial role. The machining accuracy of the equipment determines the quality and precision of the machined parts. How G-Press produces components with stable quality and high precision? We provide more empowerment for the press brake by updating and optimizing production and processing equipment without a single process step.

Welding

High welding productivity, good crack resistance, small welding deformation, suitable for a large deformation range without pores.

Polish

We have selected the world's advanced unit disc blade high-efficiency shot blaster, which is arranged in a multi angle form, ejecting high-speed and dense bullet beams, The surface will become smooth with a certain roughness, improving the adhesion between the paint film and the steel surface, and enhancing the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel, improving the internal quality of the steel and extending its service life.

Processing

Our processing equipment is a fully imported pentahedral processing machine, and each spliced part can be processed on the pentahedral processing machine at once. The machining accuracy is controlled within 0.02mm to ensure the overall accuracy of the body after splicing.

Painting

We use high-pressure airless spray painting to improve production efficiency, ensure even and firm paint spraying.

Assembly

Our assembly department workers are basically 5-10 years of experienced professionals in the industry, with a wealth of experience in equipment assembly and debugging.

Fiber laser cutting

The non-contact nature of laser cutting process also reduces the risk of mechanical deformation, especially for flexible or thin materials, and reduces the risk of material contamination. Due to smaller tolerances, narrower cut widths, smaller areas affected by heat, and less material deformation, the design of laser cut parts can be arranged more closely together on the material. This tight design reduces the amount of material waste, thereby lowering material costs over time.
